Stainless flat bar from Shanghai Yila can be divided into three types: SS Hot Rolled Flat Bar; Cold Drawn SS Flat Bar, Flat Stainless Steel Bars cut from Strip or Plate.

Hot rolled SS flat bar is permitted to use centerless grinding, polishing, or other operations commonly associated with cold finishing in order to provide improved dimensional tolerances or surface condition for hot rolled flat bar.

To stainless steel flat bar cut from stainless steel strip or plate, it always has two surfaces that are pickled or descaled, and two cut surfaces.

Shanghai Yila always manufactures flat bar in full steel grades, such as 301, 302, 303, 304/L, 304H, 309/S, 310/S, 316/L/Ti, 317/L, 321/H, 347/H, 409/L, 410, 416, 420, 440C, 430, 431, 2205, 2507, 17-4PH, 17-7PH, 904L.

The stainless steel flat bar is inventoried in 304 and 316L. The size we manufacture ranges from 0.5 x 1.5 mm to 200 x 250 mm. The standard length of flat stainless steel bar is 5.8m, or 6m. The max length we can produce is 12m. To meet different and special requirements from customers, Shanghai Yila provides processing services, like Flat stainless bar cutting, SS flat bar polishing.

According to different applications, customer can choose special heat treating and annealing to meet exact specifications. To all customers who purchase from Shanghai Yila, we provide them inspection service for free, including PMI testing and UT Testing.
