Kovar steel sheet GB4J29, UNS K94610 Fe-Ni-Co alloy steel
KOVAR is a hard glass iron-based sealant that contains 29% nickel and 17% cobalt. The alloy has a coefficient of linear expansion similar to that of hard glass in the range of 20-450°C, and can be effectively sealed and matched with the corresponding hard glass. It also has a high Curie point and good low-temperature structural stability, and the oxidation of the alloy. The film is dense, easy to weld and weld, has good plasticity, can be processed, widely used in the production of electric vacuum components, launch tubes, tubes, switches, transistors and sealed plugs and relay housings. Kovar's products are more wear-resistant due to their cobalt content.
