430 Stainless Steel Coil

  

430 Stainless steel coils are always divided into two types, namely cold rolled and hot rolled stainless steel coils.

Cold rolled coils are typically used with a polished finish, brushed finish(hairline finish), and bright annealed finish, and mirror finish(8K finish). We usually call them 430 2B stainless steel , coil, 430 BA stainless steel coil, 430 No.4 stainless steel coil, and mirror finish 430 stainless steel coils.

AISI 430 stainless steel, also known as 1.4016 stainless steel, is the most common ferritic stainless steel grade in the world.

430 stainless steel coil contains at least 16% chromium, which makes it own better corrosion resistance and grade 430 is widely used for a variety of applications, such as sinks, restaurant equipment, roofing, food-handling equipment, elevator, dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, skewers, mostly indoors.

Formability430 coil can be readily cold-formed   by all standard. And its deep drawability is comparable to that of austenitic   stainless steel. 430 Stainless steel is less suitable for applications involving stretch forming. But it is easily cols formed and machined.
