Surface finishCharacteristics and application
NO.2BThe surface brightness and flatness of no2B is better than no2D. then through a special surface treatment to improve its mechanical properties, No2B could nearly satisfy comprehensive uses.
NO.1The surface is finished by heat treatment and pickling or processes corresponding theretoafter hot rolling.
NO.4Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-#180, have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stria, but thinner than No3, are used as bathtub buildings inner and external ornaments electrical appliances kitchen utensils and food processing equipment etc.
HLPolished with abrasive belt of grit #150 #320 on the NO.4 finish and has continuous streaks, mainly used as buildingsornaments elevators, door of building, frontal plate etc.
BACold rolled, bright annealed and skin-passed, the product have excellent brightness and good reflexivity like mirror, kitchen apparatus, ornament etc.
8KThe product have excellent brightness and prefer reflexivity can to be the mirror.

Introduction:

304 stainless steel, also known as 18/8 stainless steel, European norm 1.4301, is the most common stainless steel. The steel contains both chromium (usually 18%) and nickel (usually 8%) metals as the main non-iron constituents.

Specification:

304 stainless steel is one of the most versatile and widely used varieties of stainless steel.300 Series Stainless Steel austenitic. It has a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, combined with a maximum of 0.08% carbon. It is defined as a Chromium-Nickel austenitic alloy.
304 grades have excellent low temperature properties and respond well to hardening by cold working.304 grades have good welding characteristics and post weld annealing is not normally required to restore performance,304 stainless steel has good candidate for some processing techniques. Great corrosion resistance.

Characteristics:
– Forming and welding properties
– Corrosion/ oxidation resistance thanks to the chromium content
– Deep drawing quality
– Excellent toughness, even down to cryonegic temperatures which are defined as very low temperatures
– Low temperature properties responding well to hardening by cold working
– Ease of cleaning, ease of fabrication, beauty of appearance

Applications:
Food processing and handling
Heat exchangers
Chemical process vessels
Conveyors
Architectural
